Georg Heise was awarded a Masters in 2000. The MOGB or Master of Culinary Art as it is now known, of which there are only ten others at present in Great Britain, or 155 world wide. In 2001 Georg set up his own business in Ireland, Slane, County Meath. The business is a thriving Continental Style Patisserie and Bakery, which is unique in the greater Dublin area, and therefore providing Gourmet quality goods nowhere else available. We also offer a wide range of organic and local Irish products in our delicatessen section. Please feel free to browse.
